When we arrived at the Balmoral house Kat was getting ready in, we were met with the sight of her greeting her florists and taking an excited peek at her wedding flowers (which smelled divine, by the way). Kat’s one of those people who is always polite, kind, and elegant in every way. She and Matt, who is equally wonderful, spent much of their wedding day making sure everybody was having a great time and being taken care of. It’s no wonder so many people were thrilled to be celebrating with them (us included). After a beautifully quiet and intimate First Look on the top floor of Hotel Hotel, we adventured around Chowder Bay – complete with a seal sighting in the water – and then headed to nearby Gunners Barracks where they were hitched and spent the rest of the night wining, dining and dancing under fairy lights. Pure romance.
